When we can see no possible way that God could make things right that is the time to lift our hands up to the God of the impossible. When there seems to be no way, you can be sure God is going to show up, someway, somehow.
When we see things going on around us that aren’t right, it’s time to make a decision. Let our focus be on what’s going on around us, or focus on the truth that God has good plans for us (Jer 29:11), and if we trust Him, He will intervene on our behalf. Even when our hearts our broken and we just don’t understand, choose to trust. Forgive and release people that have hurt and offended into His hands, and acknowledge that He knows far better what they need than we do.
There are many who have given up, fallen away, become hurt, become offended, and said they were done. Don’t be one of them. And if you have been, there’s still time to get back up. Don’t quit before you see the Lord’s hand move. Don’t quit because you’ve waited so long. He knows, He cares, and He has a plan.
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me (John 14:1 NIV).
It’s amazing how God makes things work for us – even when we are at a dead end and don’t know where to turn. Time after time He has come through for me.
