Hi, I’m Carolyn Rice, author.

This website is my letter to you. Every woman who has suffered at the hands of another, who wants to trust God, but doesn’t know how, who has suffered nightmares, fear, and heartbreak. Who has been told that she should just forgive but has no idea how.

I have been to the dark places of fear and despair. I have suffered with tormenting thoughts, nightmares, and been through some spiritual battles. I share my story with you, to give you hope. I want you to find the healing and wholeness that I have found in Christ.

I want you to know that He loves you, that He is with you, and has a plan to take you out of the mud and mire and set you in a place of joy that you never thought possible.

It is for you that I write every word, so you can find hope and healing in Christ and experience the life that only He can give. 

I have an Associate Degree in Biblical studies, host the Abide in Jesus podcast, have served as the Alumni Director for Seattle Bible college, served in Women’s ministry, Alpha Ministry, prayer ministry and taught Cleansing Stream seminars alongside my husband.
