You know that God has a plan for your life.
Maybe you’ve even been given a glimpse of it.
Maybe you have no inkling of what it could be yet.
Either way, there is still something you can do.
Every plan has a beginning, a middle and an end.
But before that plan even begins, it is thought about, prepared for.
You may not know what God’s plan for you is, or you may have an inkling and not know how He’s going to get you there.
But there is one thing you can do.
Prepare.
You can begin to prepare yourself now by making it a habit to be in the Word daily, to Memorize scripture, or spend more time in prayer getting to know your Heavenly Father better.
What is that one thing you can do today to prepare for what God has for you?
- If it’s read your Bible daily, set a goal to read your Bible for 15 minutes every day for thirty days.
- If it’s to memorize scripture, choose which verse to memorize and work on memorizing one scripture a week.
- If it’s to spend more time in prayer set aside a time each day just for that prayer time with God.
Each of these things has eternal value, and yet will prepare you to walk out the plan God has for your life, even if you don’t know what it is yet. Know that as you walk with Him, He will be faithful to show you what His plans for you are.
What we do in the hidden seasons prepares us for the next season.
Brilliant!! Did a word for weds on this verse today. Gr8 encouraging post. X
I heard a pastor say this week….see Him and the opportunities will follow. He wants our heart and that in and of itself is worth the wait. Great reminder!
