Once again my heart broke. I was trying to come out of my shell, but I wasn’t quite sure how. Instead of acceptance, I had met with rejection, and my heart hurt even more. I sat on my bedroom floor, and just let myself sink to the floor. Tears and sobs were all I had to lift to my Savior that day. Words would not come.
And as I sat there on the floor, wordlessly lifting myself up to Jesus, I felt His presence. I felt His comfort. I heard whispers of how much He loved me, how He would make everything all right. He gave me the courage to get up, dry my eyes and keep going.
When you feel alone, when you feel as if nobody cares or understands, please know that there is one who has seen everything you’ve been through. He has been there when you’ve experienced pain and rejection; He has seen the hurts you’ve faced. I cannot tell you why those things happened to you, but I do know there is a Heavenly Father who wants to heal your heart. He loves you dearly and wants you to bring all your hurts to Him, even if you can only bring your tears.
…you have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book (Psalm 56:8 NLT).
He never leaves nor forsakes us … what a blessing to know that and what an encouragement and beautiful reminder today … even when we have nothing else, we still have Jesus!
Thank you Heidi, God bless you:)
{{{hugs}}} i’ve been there too! Each tear, brought me closer to God through His Son, Jesus! Once, I surrendered all my hurt, pain, disappointment to him, He set me free to be the beautiful abd loving woman, i am today. My heart also goes out to hurting men and women, because once upon a time, Jesus saved my life by listening to every cry and loving me so much…I never felt alone again! Thanks for the opportunity to share. God bless you, my friend.
God Bless you too Ann! I am so grateful and amazed at what God can do in our lives when we give him our hurts and cries. We have a wonderful loving Father who never gives up on us. {{{hugs}}}

I love this post from Carolyn Rice. It took me a long time and a great deal of wrestling to understand that God desires for us to bring our tears to Him; that in the offering, healing begins. Wherever you are at today, I hope that you remember that you are free, by the shed blood of Christ Jesus, to come to the Throne of Grace and weep.
Hello Carolyn,
Thank you for coming to my blog and visiting.
I love what you wrote here, and I have also been in that place. It’s the beginning of cleansing for a new life.
Blessings,
Marianne
Thank you Marianne, God bless you! May He make his face shine upon you and give you peace in all things.
