I am almost finished with my second book, and I have been working away at it so much I didn’t have a blog post ready for you today.
But I would love to share a word that spoke to me, especially this week.
Continue.
Strong’s defines it as:
to remain in,
To persevere in anything,
To hold fast, to be true to, to abide by.
When you don’t yet see what God has promised you, Continue.
When everything seems dark, Continue.
When you can do nothing else but cry, Continue, even if you can only bring God your tears.
When you feel like giving up, Continue.
Continue in the word. Continue in prayer. Continue walking the way God has spoken to you to walk. He is still putting all the pieces together.
Do not leave your post. Do not give in to Discouragement.
But Continue.
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. ~ Galatians 6:9 NKJV
