Lord Jesus,
I give you all the discouragement I have felt. I give you all the anger. I choose to bless the one who hurt me, and I ask that you would give them what they need. Deliver them from darkness Lord.
But Lord, also deliver me. Where I have fallen into anger, disappointment and not believing your promises were true, forgive me. Help me to get back up.
Help me to believe again.
I choose to rest in you.
