Do you believe the Lord loves you? Yes, we know it in our heads, but do we know it in our hearts, deep down inside? I believe that once we know how much the Lord actually loves us, we will be more secure, peaceful and at rest.
We need the Holy Spirit to help us understand the Lord’s love for us. It won’t happen overnight, but it’s a process. We can cry out to The Lord, and ask Him to help us understand His great love. And when we see someone who isn’t acting nice, we can pray that same thing for them as well.
Lord, help me to understand how wide and high and deep your love is for me (Eph 3:18). Help me to know your love fully, and to walk securely in you, knowing I am in my Heavenly Father’s loving hands.
